Ingredients:
- 1 cup desicated coconut
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped finely
- 1 cup dates
- 1 cup Tahini
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup Flaxseed meal
- 1/2 cup Almond meal
Method:
- Mince dates, walnuts and oats in a food processor. Add tahini, flaxseed and almond meal and knead well.
- Roll into small balls and roll in coconut.
- Chill and enjoy.
