Juicing is an easy way to get healthy quickly. Detox, feel great, shine through your skin and make your eyes sparkle.
You can basically put anything in a juice but my favourite is a combination of fruit and vegetables I know are readily available and taste great together.
Ingredients:
- 1 Apple
- 2 Carrots
- 1 Beetroot (no need to skin it but do take the tops off)
- 1 stick of Celery
- 1 Orange, peeled
- 1 inch knob of Ginger
- 2-3 leaves of kale, silver beet or spinach
- A bunch of parsley
Method:
- Depending on your juicer the ingredients like apple etc only need to be roughly chopped.
- Put all ingredients through the juicer.
- Stir and drink immediately.
