Juicing for Health

Juicing is an easy way to get healthy quickly. Detox, feel great, shine through your skin and make your eyes sparkle.

You can basically put anything in a juice but my favourite is a combination of fruit and vegetables I know are readily available and taste great together. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 Apple
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 Beetroot (no need to skin it but do take the tops off)
  • 1 stick of Celery
  • 1 Orange, peeled
  • 1 inch knob of Ginger
  • 2-3 leaves of kale, silver beet or spinach
  • A bunch of parsley

Method:

  1. Depending on your juicer the ingredients like apple etc only need to be roughly chopped.
  2. Put all ingredients through the juicer.
  3. Stir and drink immediately.
