Caesar Salad Dressing (WF, GF)


  • 1 cup mayonaisse (can be soy-based)
  • 4 tablespoons sour cream (can be goat's or sheep's yoghurt)
  • 1/2 clove garlic
  • Pinch of salt and good pinch of fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Whole garlic bulb, roasted for 30 minutes at 150°C


  1. Mix all ingredients together having squeezed the roasted garlic out of the individual cloves.
  2. Serve over a Caesar Salad.
