Ingredients:
- 1 cup mayonaisse (can be soy-based)
- 4 tablespoons sour cream (can be goat's or sheep's yoghurt)
- 1/2 clove garlic
- Pinch of salt and good pinch of fresh ground black pepper
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Whole garlic bulb, roasted for 30 minutes at 150°C
Method:
- Mix all ingredients together having squeezed the roasted garlic out of the individual cloves.
- Serve over a Caesar Salad.
