Zam's Bliss Balls (Vegan)

Ingredients:

Zams bliss balls

  • 2 cups grated carrots
  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup walnuts or macadamias
  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Enough desiccated coconut to roll balls

Method:

  1. Put all ingredients in food processor and blend until fairly smooth.
  2. Roll into balls, then roll in desiccated coconut to coat the outsides.
  3. Place in fridge or freezer if you like them cold!
