This is the best bliss ball ever! Its so quick to make and they last ages in the fridge or freezer.
Chocolate Layer Ingredients:
- 1 cup cashews
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 1 shot of expresso coffee
- 1 tablespoon of maca powder
- 1/4 cup cocoa or carob powder
- 1 tbs black sesame paste (I found in a Japanese supermarket)
White Layer Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/2 tbs of white tahini
Topping
- 1/4 cup coconut
Method:
- Mix Layers seperately in a blender or food processor
- They should be of a paste consistency
- Roll white layer first (approx 1/2 tbs) into a ball
- Then gently coat with chocolate layer around the outside to form a ball
- Coat with coconut
- Refrigerate for 1 hour
- Best eaten the following day for strong coffee flavour
